To support neuroscience research on visual self-motion in zebrafish, I programmed and commissioned a custom robotic gantry system equipped with an omnidirectional camera to map precise underwater trajectories. Successfully moving this project from raw code to flawless physical execution gave me a deep appreciation for process reliability and removing variability at the component level. These lessons naturally shaped my approach to designing and scaling broader facility operations today.
